COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMB31D-00114-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MT322A1R2C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P14H7208 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P28G312LG3YQ by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand P50B05010DXS00M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amt such as P63GSS4978 equipment made by Amt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSK050B0600NNM1UP1NNNN made by Rexroth as well as the popular MR94669L1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N0342ERMSG10 by Parker and P63GSS4978 spares by Amt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRICI64UO3AHR2140FC1A503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rossi-Electric. |
